New courses and workshops for teachers and practioners 2025

If you are looking to deepen your knowledge of yoga refine your own practise these courses will be great to hone your skills on and off your mat.

Sequencing Workshop

A three hour workshop will give teachers an opportunity to re visit sequencing, how they put a class together and what is involved in sequencing in yoga. Whether you are looking for a refresher, or a new teachers wanting to understand how to sequence this workshop will break explore sequencing in a safe fun relaxed way where you build on your teaching skills.
