Series of 4 Workshops looking at the practicalities of yoga, how we can use asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha to go deeper

​These day workshops can be taken separately or as a whole series.
Open to new yoga teachers, seasoned yoga practioners or for students wanting to refine their practise and knowledge.


PRICING AND REGISTRATION

£70 each course day or £240 for all 4 sessions

Payment in full is required to confirm your space (50% refund given if cancelled two weeks before course start date, 25% refund given if cancelled one week before)
