Join me in Cornwall at the stunning Lower Marsh Farm Monday 15th June to Thursday 18th June 2020
Lower Marsh Farm, a previous Duchy of Cornwall property, was once a renowned daffodil farm. It sits on the outskirts of the pretty village of Landulph in the Tamar Valley on the Devon / Cornwall border. It is quietly tucked away in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is set in over 40 acres of grounds sloping down to the River Tamar. Here there are private woodlands for walks, an orchard with a hammock for relaxing, picnic areas, hot tubs and its very own private Salt Marsh Nature Reserve and beach. Not only does this beautiful retreat space have fabulously comfortable accommodation but a sweet studio space perfect for yoga practise.
What can you expect from the retreats? Two practises a day, two delicious meals day plus snacks and teabreaks. Evening and early morning meditation walks, fire pit for the evenings, satsang each day and quiet time each day to relax, read, rest and breathe. If that sounds divine then get in touch to secure your space.
